2.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our plants (Azaleas, Camellias, Hydrangeas, Fragrant Plants, Fruit Trees & Plants, and Herb Plants). However, slight variations in color or size may occur due to the natural characteristics of live plants.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.2 Order Changes

To change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters processing (1-2 business days after payment).

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

4.2 Pricing and Currency

All prices are in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from such errors.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

5.3 Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with intact packaging and proof of purchase.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on live plants (Azaleas, Camellias, Hydrangeas, Fragrant Plants, Fruit Trees & Plants, Herb Plants). We guarantee healthy delivery – report damage within 48 hours with photos.

6.3 Return Process

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason
2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
3. Ship items to: Breeze Sprout Returns, 2309 Elliot Avenue, Seattle, US 98115 with RAN visible

Return shipping is at your expense unless due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and payment information
• Inspect plants upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours
• Understand your local import regulations for live plants
• Provide proper care for plants after delivery
• Pay any applicable customs duties or taxes

8. Limitations of Liability

Breeze Sprout shall not be liable for:

• Any failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control
• Improper plant care after delivery
• Local climate conditions affecting plant health
• Consequential or incidental damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our separate Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seattle, Washington.
