Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on live plants, including:
- Azaleas
- Camellias
- Hydrangeas
- Fragrant Plants
- Fruit Trees & Plants
- Herb Plants
We guarantee these plants will arrive in healthy condition. If you receive damaged plants, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside
- Ship the package to: Breeze Sprout Returns

Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the item you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
