At Breeze Sprout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on live plants (including Azaleas, Camellias, Hydrangeas, Fragrant Plants, Fruit Trees & Plants, and Herb Plants). We guarantee these plants will arrive in healthy condition – if you receive damaged plants, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside
- Ship the package to our address (return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the item you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (additional shipping charges may apply)
